Aloysius Sir,
You don't know how to win the students. Some teachers are not rejected. They are highly appreciated. They do the following techniques.
But, you never do so and finally you failed.

1. Give them A and B passes though they are absent or weak.
2.Collect their telephone numbers and be friendly with them.
Organize group tuition classes for them, even individually. Give them information about the question papers secretly. Go on trips with them.

3. Let them come and meet you even in your room. Get the information about the other teachers. if they are very strict about academic matters, carry tales to the authorities. If possible, teach authorities English and Computer. Then, you are highly defended.
4. Have dinner with them. Have liquor and parties with them.
5. If students work in banks, go there and get loans. They will help you.
6. Get their help to put up your posters about your private tuition classes.
7.Don't mark their attendance. Let the others sign for the absent students. You should not advise them not to do it.
8. inform the absent students about the lesson you did in the class and ask them to organize a private tuition class in a particular house. Accept the lunch or dinner they offer.Collect your tuition fee then and there.Tell them they need not come to the class. Be at home and do your job. Ask your friends to sign for them. I will look after the rest. I will expel the teachers who do not agree with me.
9.Get teachers to teach in your courses. Allocate Rs. 300000/= (03 Lakhs or more). Let them get the cheques. Visit them later and collect your money, 02 Lakhs. They get 01 Lakh. You get 02 Lakhs. Working for Rs.25000/= and getting Rs.100000/=. Such teachers are then very happy.
10. Fail more internal students, who are qualified to enter the courses. Give more A's and B's to external students, who could not enter the institution and who are always absent. If the internal students are absent, their attendance is strictly marked and as a result, they will lose their privileges.
11.Select students to your courses without any placement test.
12. Be friendly with the Heads of the Departments and help them in their personal and official matters.
Then Sir you are godama goda.
Onna Sirta waradunama thana.
Good Bye Sir! We love you so much. We are very sad to miss you. You are leaving us.
Truth will win one day..............................!
Sathya kawadaho jayagani!
Sirta Budu Saranai!
Aloysius Sir,

Don’t worry. You did your job excellently. You came on time. You taught us well. You built up our personality. You shaped our lives. You corrected both our language and life. You taught us not to steal. You told us not to get bribes. You loved Buddhism and country very much. You respected all religions and their respective leaders. You respected the security forces, who protected our country. You taught us how to lead a happy married life. You taught us how to deal with our family members. You taught us how to be on good terms with neighbors. You taught us how to keep the environment clean. You taught us to be realistic and genuine. You taught us to kick vanity and accept truth. You taught us to be a good leader and good follower. You taught us to respect and admire the good people. You taught us to stand against injustice. You taught us not to smoke and drink. You taught us to be ethical, grateful and moral. You taught us not to be greedy for money and power.

But, Sir! Such people are rejected by the present society. They absolutely appreciate the opposite. It is with you as well. Don't worry.

Good Bye Sir! We are extremely sorry for leaving us.

Your beloved students.
