I am Devika. I am an executive officer in Bank of Ceylon. I work at the City Branch; Anuradhapura. It is situated near the Public Market Complex. There are twenty members on our staff including the manager. We have four executive officers, ten clerks, two computer operators and two security guards. There are four sections in my branch. They are cash department, loan department, clearing department and pawning section. Our problem is how to develop our market share more than our competitors.
